We want you to love your Illumicrate purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
